WotLK Factions

Plenty of new factions (16 that I know of) to satisfy even keenest of keen rep grinders. The eight 'neutral' factions open to both horde and alliance follow in the warcraft tradition. The Argent Crusade has already been introduced. The frenzyheart tribe is a bunch of wolverines or wolvar (how cool is that) at war the oracles, a bunch of murlocesques and obviously gaining rep with one will cause your rep with the other to go down. The Kirin Tor is a bunch of wizards based in Dalaran. The Knights of the Ebon Blade are a group of death knights based in the eastern plaguelands. The Kalu'ak are nomads in the Borean Tundra. The Sons of Hodir are frost giants. The Wyrmrest Accord are a dragonflights alliance.

The Alliance Vanguard is made up of:

• The Explorer's League (Dwarves)
  
• The Frostborn (Frost Dwarves)
• The Silver Covenant (high elves)
• Valiance Expedition (the main armies of the Alliance)
  

The Horde Factions are:

• The hand of vengeance (the forsaken forces)
  
• The taunka (ancestral cousins of the tauren)
• The sunreavers (blood elves)
  
• Warsong Offensive (leading Horde expeditionary forces)
